This is basically the best thing ever. Google has launched Teach Parents Tech, a site featuring 50 how-to videos that explain the basic technological questions your parents always ask you. On the one hand, it’s an extremely useful tool and a shortcut for people who need a quick explanation for how to do something with their computer. On the other hand, if I send this to my mom, I’ve admitted failure in my 482 attempts to teach her how to chat online. Still, this is excellent.
